A natural person, Wolverine speaks......

This is a thought-provoking posting at a Discussion Group on March 24, 2000.

I draw your attention to a quote of unknown origin: "With all thy getting, get understanding!" It's never too late to get knowledge, and knowledge translates into power, or survival!

Among the objectives for many of us who are "getting understanding" is the acquisition of tangible "things" like vehicles and real property. Research will tell you that you don't truly own any real estate you purchase, that it has surreptitiously been converted by way of a hidden trust into another's control (usually the corporate State, or your friendly bank), leaving you in the diminished capacity of "legal owner" with only limited rights of use.

To avoid alienating your interest and boring you into the ground, stay with me a brief moment, for this is so very important for each of us to understand, that we may recover our freedom from feudal bondage which is founded on ignorance and too often, our own wilfull ignorance. Sadly, this information is no longer taught in schools of formal learming.

What happens if you don't pay your real property taxes on "your land"? You lose it in a forfeiture action which results in you being ejected or booted. And properly so because it isn't your property. Say what? Consider yourself a steward or custodian of the property, so long as you pay an annual tribute for the privilege of occupying it.

What is Patent Allodium? It is the type of real property ownership most people believe they have, but in fact do not. Your attorney will dismiss it as some "common-law" relic. Your Title Company will refuse to discuss it! Why is that? Ask your attorney or your Title Company to certify that you have "true ownership" of your property (even after you paid it off), and have them make that statement in the form of a sworn [Notarized] affidavit made under penalties of perjury. Watch them scramble for the nearest exit!

As a docile and dumbed-down product (slave) of the public school system, you aren't supposed to know about these things! In most instances, when you bought your property, you entered into a trust agreement with the lender. After years of paying down your mortgage unto maturity, you will discover the bank does not give up its security interest (long after you paid off the loan) in your property and may well continue to enjoy an unrevealed and hidden interest that enhances their own asset portfolio while you get to pay taxes and enjoy limited use in the delusion that it is now your property "free and clear"! Yeah, right!

There is a process of acquiring Allodial Patent ownership. Research the topic. I don't sell or market the process. I just urge you to explore and to always ask questions that you might better enjoy true freedom. Like Goethe said: "There are none so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free!"

Before closing, allow me to briefly mention automobile ownership. When you "register" your vehicle, you give your vehicle to the State [Another one of those nasty hidden Trusts]. The State then requires you to be licensed to drive their car/truck. You must wear seatbelts. You must maintain their car in a safe condition. And, you must insure their car and indemnify the State against any claims for damages or injuries to third parties as a condition for the licensed privilege of driving their car.

A multitude of Supreme Court cases support the Right to Travel unlicensed. As a trained slave, we unknowingly volunteer into a binding contractual agreement of limited privilege with the State, in exchange for our inherent and unalienable rights. Nuff said for now! See how expensive ignorance is? My caveat: "Don't believe a word I tell you! Find out for yourself!" Knowledge is power, and translates into freedom!

There is risk in being ever so brief on these complex topics. Many of you are already well versed on this information. I simply desired to toss out a thought or two for you to consider. Consider prudently investing in some qualified advice that will benefit you. Be unsparing in your commitment to you, and your learning. Together, informed, we can make positive and constructive change for the good of all concerned. Remember to have fun. Go for it! Now! All the best to you!

A natural person wins .....This victory as outlined in the March 25th issue of TCN's emailings supports Wolverine's statment's about the right to travel unlicensed....

Greetings:

This is news from a natural person who lives in Norwich, a little town in Southwestern Ontario (halfway
between Kitchener and London.) The court case was in Woodstock, Ontario about 20 miles north of
Norwich. This natural person presented himself in court on Thursday, March 23, 2000.

What happened goes to show it is possible to win. To sum up the events that occurred previous to this
court appearance, Wilfrid-Bruce:Woodford sent back his driver's license and registration on his vehicle.
Then he made up his own plates for his vehicle and started to drive on the highway in this manner. He was
charged with driving without a driver's license, registration and insurance. The court appearance described
below is the result of his hearing on these issues. Read it and be grateful for his success !!

Hi Folks:

I went to court this morning, driven by a good friend, Don Skolly. I really
didn't know what to expect and had determined not to argue for my rights but
if need be to simply state from scripture why I could not any longer (1)
accept and acknowledge a fictitious drivers licence in the name of a
fictitious legal person, or (2) be surety for the debts of others contrary
to Proverbs 22:26; 6:1-5; 11:15; and 17:18 by having an auto insurance
policy.

For some time, a couple of weeks ago, I had wrestled with preparing an
"Application for a hearing" and a "Factum" requesting the charges to be
thrown out. But the more I worked on these the more uncomfortable I became.
The Lord was continually challenging me with Matthew 10:16-20; Mark 13:9-11;
and Luke 12:11,12 and 21:12-19 about not premeditating what to say when you
are taken to court but to trust the Holy Spirit to give the words you should
speak in that hour. Humanly speaking, it seemed foolish! But I'm convinced
if we are going to go by Common Law which is simply God's Law which is
common to all people, we must also go by His specific directions regarding
how we handle charges in court.

To be honest with you, I went to court with very little faith and
anticipated the Judge would not listen to what I had to say and would
probably levy the fines (the minimum fine for the insurance charge was
$5000) so I expected I'd probably have to go to jail as I simply don't have
money like that!

When my name was called I stood outside the "gate" (refused to enter into
the jurisdiction of the court) and stated to the Judge that I was the
NATURAL PERSON, Wilfrid-Bruce:Woodford and that it was my understanding
that all the 3 defendants in the cases before him (failure to surrender a
drivers licence, driving without a validated permit, and driving without
insurance) were LEGAL PERSONS with which I had nothing to do.

At that point the Judge motioned with his fingers for me to step forward "So
I can hear you better."  (He wanted me to step into his jurisdiction.) I
simply ignored him and reiterated that I was a NATURAL PERSON to whom the
offense notices had been delivered but that I was not the LEGAL PERSONS 
named as defendants. That being the case, I asked the judge if there was any
further need of my presence in the court room?

He said, "Wait a minute, let me consider what has been said." He was silent
for some time and fingered through the papers before him. Then he spoke
about "this legal person" I had referred to. He read the 3 charges and asked
me if I was not the one who was alleged to have committed these offences.
Again I replied that I was a natural person and that the Dictionary of Canadian
Law clearly distinguishes between NATURAL PERSONS AND LEGAL PERSONS.

At that point he said, "If you are sure you are not the person named in
these charges YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE!  BUT," he continued, "I have two
options before me: (1) If you are the person named your driver's licence will
be suspended."  (To which I responded, "Sir, I have no driver's license.")
(2) I can order the police officer who laid these charges to arrest the
person against whom these charges were laid. If you are not that person, you
have nothing to fear. You are free to go."

And so I left! Followed by 7 guys whom I had never met and whom I had
assumed had not arrived from Toronto. They had all come into the court room
in 1's and 2's and I hadn't known they were there! They were ecstatic and we
all went to a restaurant to talk and celebrate. They said, "You should have
seen the looks on the faces of the lawyers! They were looking at each other
like they'd never seen anything like it before!"

I'm going to request a copy of the tape and court transcript for future
reference.

To all who prayed, I want to express my deep gratitude. The Lord has
answered prayer! Let's be sure to thank Him for answered prayer!

Round two is next Tuesday, March 28th when the charges ,similar ones,
from Feb. 21st will be heard.  It will be interesting to see how that one will be
handled. Please continue to pray! I am a total novice at this business and
understand very little but have gleaned bits and pieces from from material
to which many kind friends have directed me in recent months. So I stand in
need of the wisdom of God just as always! But He has promised exactly that
in James 1:5.

Some friends were prepared, if I had not received a favourable verdict
today, to call the Judge to lodge complaints, to publish and report the
facts etc. to seek to raise public awareness etc.  I asked them to please
take a different tack if that should be the outcome of my case.
I asked that we  obey the instructions of Romans 12:17-21 and I Peter
2:19-23.
