Bill Benson Bill Benson has served time in Federal prison for not paying his income taxes.  He was incarcerated for a time then released.  Funny thing is he still does not pay his income taxes and our federal government chooses not to arrest him again.  Why because this time he can use this book THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS in his defense.  Last time he could not because they chose to prosecute him only for the years prior to the book's inception.  Today and even now Bill Benson screams just as loud to the same people that he will not pay an unjust and corrupt federal income tax.

Joe Bannister This is the web site of Joe Banister, the former Special Agent with the Criminal Investigation unit of the IRS, who, while working for the IRS, married with 2 kids and a 50 hour a week work schedule, studied the courses of Freedom Law School to verify for himself that NO LAW requires any American to file and pay income tax. Mr. Banister wrote a 90 page report to the top management of the IRS about his findings and asked the IRS to refute them point-by-point. The IRS refused to do so and Mr. Banister resigned from the IRS on February 25, 1999 instead of continuing to enforce a NON-EXISTENT LAW upon the American people.
